Terms and Conditions – Practice for Holistic Psychology

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by ReConaction, operated by Nathalie Nolden, located at Capucijnenstraat 90A 04, 6211 RT Maastricht, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96462043.

2. Services

The practice provides psychological guidance based on a holistic approach. The content and duration of sessions are determined in advance through mutual agreement. The guidance is complementary and does not replace medical or psychiatric treatment. No diagnoses are provided.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the agreed fee.
Cancellations can be made by phone or email.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are communicated in advance and are exempt from VAT where applicable.
Payment is due within 14 days of receiving the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of late payment, reminder fees may be charged.

5. Liability

Although services are provided with care and professionalism, the practice is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the services offered.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own choices and wellbeing at all times.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless legally required.

7. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Maastricht.

Information you voluntarily share during sessions, modules, workshops, or via the contact form

Scheduling and confirming appointments
Responding to questions or requests
Maintaining a client file or recording relevant information (if applicable)

4. Data Retention

Personal data is not retained longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Legal retention periods are observed, particularly those related to administrative obligations.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

Personal data is not shared with third parties unless legally required or essential for service delivery (e.g., with an accountant for invoicing). In such cases, only strictly necessary data is shared.

6. Data Security

The practice implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access, or misuse.

7. Your Rights

As a client, you have the right to know which personal data is being processed. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Since the practice typically does not maintain formal client records, the amount of stored information is limited.
