The word “reconnection” means “to rediscover” and “to reestablish”.
The name ReConaction is a deliberately chosen play on words that is built on three core elements of my work:
Reconnection, Connection and Action

Reconnection: Rediscovering and restoring your connection with yourself, with other people, and nature.

Connection: Feeling and strengthening the connection in a sustainable way, so that you can continue to consciously create your life path.

Action: Self-determined and empowered action to shape your life in alignment with your deepest values and needs.

Drawing from holistic psychology, I offer a process-oriented approach that allows you to integrate new insights into your life in a lasting and meaningful way. For this, I use psychological tools and body-oriented exercises. Your personal needs and questions are central to this process.
I support and accompany you in (re)discovering your own authentic path and help you walk it with confidence. This is a holistic process that strengthens your mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being, contributing to greater inner balance.
In our fast-paced and demanding society, slowing down is essential. I help you learn to consciously pause, observe, and feel what you truly need and long for. This deepens your self-confidence and (re)connects you with your intuition, your needs, and your desires. I believe everyone holds the wisdom they need inside themselves. Through conscious awareness, this wisdom can unfold, and new pathways in life can begin to emerge.

Hello, I am Nathalie.

As a holistic psychologist born in Germany, I have been living and working in my chosen home country, the Netherlands, since 2018.
​
My deep curiosity about languages, cultures, and diverse ways of life has taken me to many inspiring places around the world. During my travels and extended stays, I have gained valuable insights into different worldviews and lifestyles. I have had the privilege of learning about ancient knowledge and wisdom. From this a central attitude has emerged that profoundly influences both my life and my work: seeing the human being as a whole. This holistic approach addresses the deeper causes and the various aspects of being human. I have experienced that healing is a process that primarily emerges through connection with ourselves, with others, and with nature. At its core, it is about reconnection.

Through many moving encounters, experiences, and conversations, one insight has become particularly important to me: the balance and interaction between body, mind, and soul play a vital role - in healing, health, wellbeing, personal growth, and living a fulfilled life in harmony with oneself. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of holistic psychology and continually strengthened my trust in this approach.

My professional experience in various practices, healthcare institutions, companies, and organizations with people of all ages and life situations enables me to guide you on your journey. I support you in developing new routines and integrating them into your daily life.

I currently work in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, offering individual guidance, workshops, courses, and training sessions. Depending on your preference, these can be given in Dutch, German, or English.
